Returns
- Items can be returned within 3–7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Slippers must be returned in their original box
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Worn or used items
- Damaged items caused by misuse
- Sale or discounted items
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect item received
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items
- Once approved, your refund will be issued via your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
